The Met at Boulevard One is a 3.7 acre multi-family project within Denver. The design focused on using drought tolerant grass materials to facilitate a landscape pallet that focuses on a predominately low water demand. A walk system helps enhance pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding open space and street corridors.
