Consilium Design implemented plans that were structured around pedestrian access as the development is conveniently located near Belmar Square Park, shopping, entertainment and other amenities.

We provided pedestrian access at key locations throughout the site with architectural plantings that compliment surrounding structures while creating a smooth transition to the surrounding neighborhood.

Belmar Block 10 is a 1.25-acre, multi-family development located at the corner of S. Upham Street and W. Virginia Avenue in the heart of the Belmar Community in Denver, Colorado.
